- Unscrew the top of the pendant.
- Use the included mini funnel to add a small portion of ashes.
- Screw the top back on. For a permanent seal, add a drop of Cremation Jewelry Sealant (in the Jewelry Add-Ons box above) to the threads.
Care tip: remove your necklace before showering, swimming, or heavy exercise to protect the finish and the seal.

Dual Circle Around Heart Cremation Urn Necklace
First, the manner in which one takes the box out of the package sleeve to then open an elegant, black box to a brightly lit up pendant was touching. I ordered this pendant in silver, and the necklace that came with it was of sturdy material. It’s beautiful!
It came with a mini funnel and a small “packing rod” to place a minute amount of ashes inside the heart. I appreciated this helpful items.
That being said, I only gave 4 stars, because the sealant is missing, and I still have yet to be responded to after sending a message to the support email provided.
Otherwise, this is a perfect way to remember my Grandma (100+yo).
