First, the manner in which you open the box was wonderful. Taking the elegant box out of its sleeve, then opening the box to see the contents inside lit up with a small, but bright light was a very special touch. I bought a guitar pendant for my little cousin (9yo) as a momento from his Great Grandma (100+yo) to give to him at the small ceremony we plan to have. I have placed a small amount of her ashes inside - not very much was needed. The little funnel and slender “packing rod” were very useful, and much appreciated. There was a box-link chain included with his pendant that looks sturdy for him as well.
I left a star off, because the sealant was not in the package as advised, and I have yet to hear back from the email sent to the support email address. Hopefully, super glue will not destroy anything as I don’t want a curious little boy to open its contents.
