Order Processing Times
We strive to process and ship your orders promptly. Please note that processing time (the time it takes to prepare your order) is separate from the shipping time (the time it takes to arrive once it leaves our facility).

Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 2 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, depending on current order volume.

Custom Engraved Orders: Because personalized pieces require careful craftsmanship, orders with custom engraving require extra time to complete. If your order includes engraving, expect your processing time to fall toward the longer end of the 2-10 business day window before it ships.

Tracking Scans: USPS and other carriers sometimes miss barcode scans during high-volume periods to keep packages moving quickly. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive your shipping confirmation.

Refunds & Missing Items: Once an order has been processed and shipped, we do not offer refunds while it is in transit. If a package is officially deemed missing by the shipping provider, please contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to work with you on a reshipment.
International Shipping
We proudly offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cherished Emblems is not responsible for these charges; they are applied by your local customs office and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@cherishedemblems.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
If you need to change your shipping address or update the custom engraving text, please contact us at support@cherishedemblems.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Because we move quickly to process engraved pieces, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the piece has entered the engraving queue.
What is your return policy on personalized items?
Because custom engraved pieces are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an engraving error on our part, please contact us immediately with a photo, and we will make it right.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please note: For health, safety, and legal reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns on any memorial jewelry or urns that have already been filled with cremated remains.
Do I need to mail cremated remains to you for the jewelry?
No, you do not need to ship any ashes to us. Shipping cremated remains requires strict adherence to USPS regulations. To keep things simple and safe, all of our cremation jewelry is shipped directly to you empty. Your order will include a secure filling kit (funnel and pin) and simple instructions so you can easily and privately transfer the ashes at home.
My tracking says "Delivered," but I don't have my package. What should I do?
Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a day or two before it actually arrives, or they may tuck it out of sight on a porch. Please check with your neighbors, look around your entrances, and wait 48 hours. If it still hasn't shown up, contact your local post office with your tracking number, and reach out to us at support@cherishedemblems.com so we can assist you.
